Shortcuts for Lync & Skype for Business: Assign Common Tasks to Button and/or Keyboard Shortcut

Attendant Pro for Lync & Skype for Business is getting a new shortcuts feature that allows end users to define a 1-Click buttons to common communication tasks much like Windows desktop shortcuts. These shortcuts can be run by a click or defined keyboard shortcut.

  • Contact + DTMF Dialing
  • Contact (Call or Transfer To)
  • Set Call Forwarding to any SIP URI or Phone Number
  • Set Call Forwarding to Voicemail
  • Clear Call Forwarding
  • Manager Response Group Edit
  • Check Group Voicemail
  • Launch URL or Application
