Attendant Pro for Lync & Skype for Business is getting a new shortcuts feature that allows end users to define a 1-Click buttons to common communication tasks much like Windows desktop shortcuts. These shortcuts can be run by a click or defined keyboard shortcut.

- Contact (Call or Transfer To)
- Set Call Forwarding to any SIP URI or Phone Number
- Set Call Forwarding to Voicemail
- Clear Call Forwarding
- Manager Response Group Edit
- Check Group Voicemail
- Launch URL or Application
