  3. Hi. We use Attendantpro on a Global domain. Searching for contacts on Attendantpro can be slow at times. Speed of finding and transfer is naturally of importance to receptionists. Is there anyway to have it query the local cached SIP Lync address book as searches appear faster within Lync itself?

  4. Hi. At some of our receptions we block internet access. We have found attendant pro will not launch then. Is there a requirement to access the web?
